We’ve just released a new version of the iExpression module which you can download from here.
This not an essential update, but if you are having issues uploading images with ExpressionEngine 2.1 then this update will solve it.
Posted with iExpression 1.3.5
We’ve just been caught a little off guard by a very speedy Apple! iExpression 1.3.1 is a minor release which includes a fix to enable users who cannot use auto-detect as a result of their ExpressionEngine configuration. There is also a small revision of the module which simple displays the precise URL to enter if you wish to avoid using auto-detection. We will be releasing a larger revision to the module to address an issue found with relationship fields in EE 1.6 where the relationship is to a gallery module entry.
iExpression 1.3 has earned a write up from MacWorld, including complementary ExpressionEngine promo too! We are delighted to have managed to get the attention of such a well known publication.
We are delighted to announce the immediate availability of iExpression 1.3, a single universal app for all iOS devices, in the Apple App Store. This version has several major new features including support for all ExpressionEngine 1.X and 2.X standard field types. This coupled with a host of user experience improvements (including support for TextExpander Touch from Smile, editing of existing entries, and a brand new entry editor) makes iExpression 1.3 the biggest update since the initial release of the App.
To learn more please go to the iExpression home page.
Over the next few days you’ll notice a range of new content appear on the iExpression pages as we start to prepare for the release of 1.3. This is a significant release with a large amount of new functionality and there is therefore a lot to do! For those of you who would like to get a look ahead at what’s coming, we strongly recommend you take a look at the
iExpression Pages. Right now we have updated the landing page, the gallery, and the pages. We’ve also added a new section for supported field types, and will be adding the 1.3 user guide and the new free dedicated iExpression module during the week.
