There are lots of ways to add a chatting capability to your web-site. But the combination of eRation Server and Client is unique! Getting Started
Easy to set-up, just enter the web-site address and eRation will find the server and set it up, organizing your favorites into a visually appealing menu. Once you’ve connected successfully, eRation will store your settings so that next time, you can get in with a simple double-click of the mouse. Most of the time that’s all there is to it, but if you do have trouble our simple proxy configuration should enable you to connect wherever you are.
Chatting
You know what to expect from a chat tool! Pick your font preferences, either from a pre-built pick list or from the “anything you want” color chooser. Smilies (of course), set your status so people know what your up-to, and oh yes, all your buddies! If the server your connected to is integrated with vBulletin, you’ll even be able to recognize your forum buddies from their avatars. As well as open chat, there’s the PM (Personal Message) system allowing you to chat away without bothering anyone else (ahem!).
Moderators
Whether you want to close off the room from people who don’t subscribe to your forum, to start a guest chat (allocating how many questions each chatter gets, moderating the questions so the guest doesn’t get asked yet AGAIN about what cat-food they buy), the moderator panel gives you the control.
The streamlined guest mode will enable literally thousands of chatters to join in an online experience with their favorite celebrity or star.

eRation is free! Try it out now by downloading the right version for your computer. The first thing eRation will do is upgrade itself to the latest version. Then once your up and running pick “Add Server” and just enter www.rwe-uk.com. That’s it!

Download the DMG, open it, then drag the icon over to the Applications folder.

Download and run setup.exe.
Linux Java
Extract the zip file and run (double clicking, or from shell) eRation.sh (requires Java 1.4.2 or above to run, not supplied)
Pimp My Chat
We try to keep eRation nice and light and small and FREE. Of course, we all like features, so you can plug extras into eRation to make it more special. You can develop these yourself, or buy one of our great plug-ins from the store.
eRation Status Pro
Add a decal to your avatar letting people know what your mood is, customize your status message (including color, currently playing track in iTunes, time-zone and time), get alerts when people sign in, and set automatic busy messages so people know when you are away.
