Starting work on iExpression 1.3 for #eecms release activity

As we settle into our release close down cycle we are now doing some of the more mundane but important tasks that need to be done. One thing we are doing for this release is providing the manual in ePub format. Whilst we could provide in App help, the reality is Apple have delivered a great tool for reading, and we are going to take advantage of that work!
